ITOCHU has the option to earn up to 75% interest in property by expending USD$40 million in development over 7 years

To date, ITOCHU has invested approximately $17 million in exploration expenditures and vested a 30% interest.

History and Exploration

1991-1997 ACNC/Fort Knox Six drill hole program totalling 2001 metres plus surface UTEM and borehole plus EM on three holes.

1998-2003 Nevada Star Resource Corp. (US) Geological Mapping program plus AEM survey over the northern and southern portion of the project area followed by three drill holes at fish Lake totalling 565 metres.

2004-2005 Anglo American Exploration (U.S.A) Geological mapping/prospecting and soil geochemical sampling survey. Eight hole drill program also conducted totalling 2220 metres.

Winter 2005 PNI SQUID B-field TEM (39.5 km) over five loop areas, 7.29 km conventional TEM coil over four loop areas.

Summer 2005 PNI TEM (35.45 km) over four loop areas plus six km HLEM MaxMin, 177 km ground mag, 1057 soil samples and a eight diamond drill holes in Alpha

2006 PNI Three diamond drill holes.

2007 PNI Eight diamond drill holes totalling 3,359 metres plus airborne VTEM survey.

2008 PNI and ITOCHU Program focused on diamond drilling which targeted geophysical anomalies, particularly VTEM conductors in the Beta Complex. Drilling was limited to three completed holes (one abandoned) due to poor drilling conditions. The drilling did intercept wide zones of disseminated sulphides, including 0.50 metre grading 1.39% Ni and 1.27% Cu.

2009 PNI and ITOCHU Nine diamond drill holes plus mapping and airborne (ZTEM) followed by ground geophysics (Fluxgate EM).

2010 PNI and ITOCHU Eleven diamond drill holes plus ground geophysics (Fluxgate EM)and Lidar and orthophoto followed ZTEM 2D inversion modeling.

2011 PNI and ITOCHU Eleven diamond drill holes and ground geophysics (Fluxgate EM)
