Fond du Lac Property Map

• Located in northern Saskatchewan, 20 km NW of Stony Rapids
• Named for the Fond du Lac lake and river which lies across its southern border, the Fond Du Lac property is located on the northern edge of the Athabasca Basin
• Property is comprised of four contiguous claims totaling 19,700 hectares
• Historical mineral resource of 3,400,000 tons of 0.66% Ni and 0.60% Cu at the Axis Lake East Zone deposit alone (non NI 43-101 code compliant)

Exploration

Fond du Lac Claim Map

• Pure Nickel has explored the property since 2005
• 2005 exploration included a 1600 metre VTEM survey and extensive soil geochemistry program
• 2006 exploration included 2342 metres of drilling with seven holes drilling to date shows Ni mineralization in 7 of 7 holes drilled including up to 1.86% Ni and 0.45% Cu
• 2007 exploration included 3,127 metres of drilling in 19 holes. Program established that:
  • the Rea Lake mineralized horizon has a strike length of at least 3 km. Hole RL-PNI-07-02 intersected 41 metres of 0.14% Cu and 0.15% Ni.
  • The Axis Lake East zone extends further east than previously recognized.
• In 2008 Pure Nickel granted Geotech Ltd. permission to test its latest patented ZTEM (Z-Axis Tipper Electromagnetic System) on the property. The ZTEM system is an innovative airborne EM system which enables penetration and response at exploration depths of up to 2,000 metres.
• The ZTEM results provided indication of a longer strike continuity of the known mineralized horizons, as compared to the VTEM results. Importantly for Pure Nickel, the ZTEM survey identified a new anomaly northwest of the known Axis Lake Ni-Cu mineralized horizon and south of Currie Lake.
