This is a list of flange forging production equipment used by Guanxin. Here is a brief description of each device:
01. 15000 tons hydraulic press
For large-scale forging, the metal is heated to a plastic temperature by hydraulic pressure, and then the required shape is formed at high pressure.
02. Forging hammer
Another device for forging metals deforms the metal by striking a heavy hammer.
03. Sawing machine
Used to cut and trim raw materials or forged parts.
04. Heating furnace
It is used to heat the metal to the forging temperature to ensure that the metal has sufficient plasticity.
05. Quenching pool
It is used for rapid cooling of metals to adjust the hardness and other mechanical properties of metals.
06. Shaft furnace
Similar to the heating furnace, it is used for heat treatment, such as annealing, normalizing, etc.
07. Vertical lathe and horizontal lathe
For metal processing and cutting, such as turning, milling, etc.
08. CNC lathes
Automatic metal processing is performed through a computer numerical control system.
09. Machining center
It is similar to a CNC lathe but has more axial motion for the processing of complex parts.
10. Drilling machine

The process of metal cutting using electric spark discharge.
12. Physicochemical room
It is used to test the physical and chemical properties of metal materials.
13. Ultrasonic flaw detection
Ultrasonic detection of internal defects or foreign bodies.
14. Magnetic particle flaw detector
Use magnetic powders to detect cracks on metal surfaces and subsurfaces.
15. Raw material field
Store and manage raw materials such as metal blanks and other necessary manufacturing materials.
