EN 1092 Flanges Solutions

EN 1092-1 and EN 1092-2 are European standards that specify the technical delivery conditions for steel flanges. The standard includes dimensions, materials, tolerances, marking and testing requirements for steel flanges. The standard applies to flanges with nominal sizes DN 10 to DN 5000 (NPS 1/2 to NPS 80) and pressure classes PN 2.5 to PN 400. What are EN 1092 Flanges?

What are the different types of EN 1092 flanges?

EN 1092-1 flanges are available in a number of different types, including:

EN 1092-1 Type 01: Plate (slip-on) flanges for welding Type 01 flanges are plate (slip-on) flanges that are designed for welding. These flanges have a circular hub and a flat rim, and they are attached to the pipe by welding the hub to the pipe.
